Leveraging my expertise in intellectual property law and data science skills, I am currently focused on conducting research on B2G (Business to Government) data exchange within the framework of EU law. My work explores the legal complexities of data flows between private enterprises and government bodies, aiming to enhance compliance and innovation through a deeper understanding of EU regulations. Alongside my research, I contribute to the academic community as a lecturer, teaching Fundamentals of Intellectual Property Law.
I am responsible for organizing the entire event, leading the team, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. My role includes securing funding, sourcing expert speakers, and building a cohesive and effective team. By integrating strategic planning with hands-on leadership, I ensure that every aspect of the event is aligned with our goals and delivers a successful outcome.

I co-conducted lectures on intellectual property protection for students of law, interior design, and journalism. I leveraged my expertise to provide interdisciplinary insights, ensuring that students from various fields understood the complexities of intellectual property rights and their practical implications.
I conducted research on Italian jurisprudence, implementing GDPR within the law firm, and assisting in criminal cases. I also participated in legal dissertations and honed my skills in drafting legal letters and applications. However, my expertise extends beyond these core tasks, reflecting a broad understanding of various legal processes.
I was preparing strategies, legal documents, and providing advice on intellectual property and e-commerce law for entities in the creative industry. I also participated in cases before EU, US, and Polish patent offices regarding trademarks. Additionally, I collaborated on audits and the implementation of GDPR and cybersecurity measures. However, my expertise extends beyond these areas, encompassing a wide range of legal challenges.
